“us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use

Information about a product in development, and the ability to leave an email address so we can tell you when it's ready. That's the entire offer.
Nothing on this site is a binding commitment to build, launch, or price anything. The features described are what we intend to build. The prices shown are labelled as planned and some are stated as ranges precisely because they aren't settled. Kemnir may launch late, launch differently, or not launch at all — the site says as much in plain language, and we'd rather be direct about it than bury it here.
Submit an email address and we'll use it to tell you about Kemnir's progress and availability. You can leave at any time using the link in any message we send, or by writing to privacy@kemnir.com. How we handle the address is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Please only submit an address that's yours. Signing other people up isn't a prank we're able to find funny — it damages our ability to send email at all.
Being on the waitlist doesn't entitle you to access, to a particular price, or to a place in any queue. If we offer waitlist members something specific, we'll say so explicitly at the time.

The text, design, logo, and name Kemnir belong to Kemit Security LLC. You may quote or link to the site — including critically — but don't reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own, and don't use the branding in a way that implies we endorse you.
Third-party names on this site — Minecraft, Tailscale, playit.gg, Cloudflare and others — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe or compare. No affiliation or endorsement is implied in either direction.
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that anything described on it will come to exist. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemit Security LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, or for any decision you make in reliance on a product that has not launched. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer somewhere that grants you additional statutory rights — for example the EU, the UK, or California — this clause doesn't take those away from you.
